Chef Matao Winter-Buist specializes in providing farm-to-table and wild food themed private dining services for intimate celebrations, tasting menu dinner parties and backcountry vacations. His menus are thoughtfully crafted to highlight the essence of British Columbia's wildness and abundance, utilizing produce sourced from local farmers, foragers and artisans.
